Recently, I was fortunate to facilitate part of a workshop with one of my mentors, Rick Barrera. Rick is a professional speaker and trainer, working with companies like Husqvarna, IBM, Verizon and others. He was holding a quarterly training for a group of sales professionals on Intentional Leadership. I was there to facilitate an afternoon on social media, PR and ROI event marketing.
I was eager to sit in on his trainings as he’s one of the very best. There was so much great material, but there was one concept that really stuck out to me that I will take with me forever – that was the concept of Behavioral vs. Abstract Feedback.
